The PRECISESADS Project partners and the Center for Genomics and Oncological Research invite you to participate in the 4th European Conference “Genomics of Complex Diseases: New Challenges” which will take place at the GENYO Center (www.genyo.es), Granada, Spain.
The conference aims to overview genetic, epigenetic, regulatory and functional aspects of genomics studies as well as the new challenges posed by new advances in sequencing of the microbiome and its relationship with the immuno metabolome and the integration of various sources of “omics” data in the understanding of complex diseases, focused on systemic autoimmune diseases.
The scientific program will include microbiome studies in lupus and other autoimmune diseases, studies on the immuno-metabolome and strategies for the clustering and integration of omics data for the reclassification of autoimmune diseases.
Note that there is no registration fee for this event
Abstract submission should be done before the 31st of August 2018. Decision on abstracts to be presented will be informed by early September 2018. We hope to see you in Granada!
The registration deadline is the 10th of September 2018.

We suggest you to make your reservations at the Hotel Andalucía Center.
A bus service will be provided from this hotel to the Conference Venue.

PhD students and postdocs are encouraged to submit an abstract stating the name of the authors, affiliations, e-mail address of the presenting author and a short description of your work in one half A4 page.
A total of 8 abstracts will be selected for presentation and others will be presented as posters in the conference venue. Abstracts related to the topics under discussion during the conference will be prioritized for oral presentation.
Abstracts should be submitted before the 31st of August. Please send you abstract to . We will inform on selected abstracts for oral presentation by early September. All other abstract will be presented as posters.
