According to the terms in Spanish Personal Data Protection Act 15/1999 from December 13th, Preciseads hereby informs you that the personal data collected on the different forms on the Website will be included in files owned by Fundación Progreso y Salud in order to facilitate the development of the Preciseads project, and the contact with people interested in it, as well as for the diffusion, only and exclusively, from Preciseads activities. The User guarantees and shall at all times be liable for the certainty, veracity, accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data that he or she provides and undertakes to keep them duly up to date.

Fundación Progreso y Salud guarantees that it has taken the adequate organizational and technical security measures with regards to its facilities, systems and files, according to the terms of Real Decreto 1720/2007 of December 21st, which approves the Security Measures Applicable to Automated Personal Databases, and to all other implementing regulations. Fundación Progreso y Salud may disclose to the relevant public authorities personal data and any other information that it may have obtained through its computer systems and that it has been asked to provide pursuant to applicable regulatory and legal provisions.
